The FJ blade is designed for thinner and lightweight shoes
The FJ-slim nail is similar in design as the FJ nail with the only difference being an extra slim and extra long blade. The extra slim blade is especially for those horses with a poor hoof wall condition where the farrier wants to reduce hoof wall displacement to a maximum. Furthermore, provides the extra length the possibility to nail higher in the hoof. High nailing may prevent hoof wall damage in case the horse steps out of its shoe.
