Hoof knives

A hoof knife has to be well-balanced with a comfortable ergonomically designed handle.

The blade most times exits in line with the lower part of the handle allowing utmost accuracy whilst trimming the sole. The hook has been made with a smaller radius, making it easier to trim between the frog and the bar.

Also by having a smaller hook it makes it easier to form smaller holes in the hoof when removing abscesses. The blade is made of the most suitable knife-steel and hardened and tempered for high performance and durability. Hoof knives are available in right and left versions.
